LIFE JUST GOES ON











Swapna and prem were a very happy couple.The arrival of their first baby gave them much delight like any other parent.Happiness knew no bound with the arrival of their second child,who also happened to be a boy.Their family was complete and before them lay only the future of their kids.Two years passed by peacefully, fortunately or unfortunately this mother of two concieved again.Things began to change as her physical self.love between the husband and wife began to diminish and vanished into thin air.Swapna gave birth to twins,that too boys and it was a moment for rejoiciing and she surely was happy though bringing up four would be a mammoth task.On the far end of the road stood the father,unhappy and not ready to accept the twins as his children.One fine morning she was awakened by the chirping of the birds but with a sad note.She found that her husband and her two elder sons were missing, grieving through her disbelief and shock it took her sometime to realise that he had left her to her fate and with what he believed were not his children.She a young and beautiful women found it hard to protect herself and her little children from the clutch and claws of vultures and eagles and on a very beautiful spring morning as the flowers took to their full bloom she stood on the doors of an orphanage with her own two flowers full in her hands and a heavy heart and left with both empty.
These two kids are destined to live in an orphanage inspite of their parents living around.many such ill-fated children live all around the world at the mercy of some good hearts who give them a chance to live . Being provided with the basic necessities of life and main of all education they live without knowing any other difficulties.Till they reach adolescence they have no other memories to reminiscence, no queries,worries and doubts about themselves.well dressed,better food and not so bad state schools. There are many such orphanages run in kerela by govt and non-govt establishments.The best of all being the sishu bhavan at aluva which is undoubtedly an heaven on earth with many little angels and their fairy tales.I wish all the other orphanages in kerela and india follow their path and bring on earth many such heavens.May the childhood of these children be vibrant and colourful like any other child and they all grow up to have the best of life.
