"what am I"

Every action of a man is an internal orientation. It may be a good one or a bad one. Every action reflects a pesrons character. There is an outer being and an inner-being. Just as we make-over our outer-being in all possible ways to look attractive, the same way our inner being also needs a replenishing, as this is the way to polish your mind and soul, because it is the highest form of consciousness and intelligence which deserves a freedom or detachment from the body. This is the only way one can attain happiness, pleasure and enjoyment of the mind, this in simple words could be told as mental freedom. An imprisoned inner-being only brings pain, sorrow and discomfort as its narrowness to exist only fills in you desires to possess and accumulate. Whats the use of having all the richness and luxuries and no happiness.
Our physical self or the annamaya kosha is activated only because of the invisible powers of our pranamaya kosha or innerself. A healthy body in a healthy mind rightly said. Each and every part of your body to survive needs a healthy and positive praanic energy. Not just the  air we breathe , but the food we eat, our thoughts, our attitude towards life, all contributes by radiating to all the parts of yourself may be  your cognitive power in the brain, or to the digestive power in the stomach and so on . radiating to your physical-self  creating all your emotions.
So what am I? I am that positive energy situated in the eight chakras of my body. The  sahasra in the brain, the Ajna chakraa between the eyebrows, the vishuddhi chakra in the throat, the Anahata your heart, the hridya chakra in the middle of your chest, the manipura near the navel, the swadistana which is 1".1.5" above the muladhara, and the last one the muladhara which is approx. 1" inside between the anus and the genitals.
